Service Description
A portrait shot, or portrait photography, aims to capture the identity, personality, and essence of a person or group of people, often utilizing techniques like lighting, backdrops, and posing to convey something about the subject. This service is $199.00 which includes: - One look - 4 photo edits Add-ons (optional): - $75.00 per additional hour/look with one additional edit included - $15.00 per additional photo edits 50% Deposit is required to book your photo shoot which is due one week prior to your scheduled shoot to reserve your requested date or it will be canceled, with the remaining balance due the day of shooting. $50.00 of that deposit being NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment: Session Fee: 50% deposit is due to book your photography session with $50.00 of that deposit being NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, & credit cards. 2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hour notice. Refunds: All booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible with a 24 hour notice. No-shows must pay next booked session in full. 3. Session Details: Location: Cleveland, Ohio Time: Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Attire: Please come dressed and ready for your scheduled photography appointment time or arrive early enough for wardrobe change for scheduled Props: You are welcome to bring props and no more than 2 guests (more guests require prior approval). 4. Copyright and Usage: Copyright: All images are copyrighted by The ArtFul Portrait. Usage Rights: You have the right to (e.g., personal use, social media sharing) of the images. Commercial Use: Commercial use of the images requires prior written permission. 5. Social Media: Sharing: We may share your images on our social media platforms, but we will always ask for your permission first. Privacy: We will never share your personal information without your consent. 6. Disclaimer: Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from completing the session, such as weather or illness. Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the session. Complaints: All complaints must be received in writing within seven days of receiving the products.
